Busy Week!

We've had a busy week. Beth and Shiloh stayed with us all week while Beth took a class at Augsburg. As you see below we started off with the Twins game, then Kiera and I went to visit my co-workers on Tuesday. On Wednesday we had our 4th mommy and baby class and Rachel and Tomas flew in from China and we had a celebration dinner at the Olive Garden, Kiera's first sit down restaurant. Grandma and Grandpa Ring stayed with us for 2 nights, it was nice to have them here. Thursday we went shopping and picked up our yummy veggies from the CSA. We also ate at Good Earth, good food, Kiera's 2nd restaurant! Friday we hung out at thome did some cleaning and had some snuggle time. Today Beth and Shelley are hosting a shower and Grandma Jean and Great-Grandpa Pankratz are coming to visit - more pictures to come!

Happy Father's Day!

We had a blast on Father's Day. We had a relaxing morning and the whole family went to the dog park. Pick up some yummy breakfast bagels from Brueggers, then took Kiera to her first Twins game. We had a blast!! Daddy got a game ball, he said maybe Kiera can hold it :-) We also saw Gomez, Span and Gardy in their street clothes.

Six weeks old!

Road trip to Litchfield

Kiera, Kali and I took a road trip to Litchfield to hang out with aunt Beth, Shiloh, Siri and Tayah. Tayah is 7 weeks older than Kiera. We'll have more play dates in the future.


Josh flew to Litchfield so we got to hang out with him, too! Kiera got to see the plane for the first time, I think Josh is excited for her first flight.

Shiloh and Kali, finally tired, at least for a few seconds.

While at the dog park, Beth and I saw this gelatinous mess on the ground, we were afraid some poor dog had gotten sick. When I looked up it was all over these evergreens. Is it a berry? Weird, I have never seen it before...

Kiera's activities

About a week and a half ago, Kiera went on her first visit to the dog park. She was great, the baby Bjorn was awesome, she likes to snuggle right in.

Even after more than an hour at the dog park. Shiloh and Kali play together for hours!

Kiera is a month old!

I can't even believe it's been a month since baby Kiera entered our lives. It seems like she has always been a part of our family. We are curious to see how much she weighs, but we will have to wait a month until her check up. We do know she is already growing out of some of her clothes!

I am going to try and take a picture of her every month on a blanket my mom made, so you can see her grow. She wasn't too happy about her 1 month pictures!

Aunt Beth came to hang out for the day on Friday. I was able to get some things done around the house and Josh and I got to go out for dinner. So great, so needed!

Today was a rainy, chilly day so we spent the day watching movies and cuddling. Daddy was more than happy to share his dinosaur blanket with his baby girl.
